Frequently asked questions

1. Make a Qualifying Purchase from a participating store in the one transaction and collect your itemised purchase receipt from a participating retailer.
2. Scan the QR code or visit the Zafarelli promotional site and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information to enter the major prize draw and to see if you have provisionally won an instant prize and if so, which prize you have won.

Any two (2) Zafarelli products from a participating store in the one transaction.

You can enter up to 5 times per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt.  Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

Instant win prizes are as follows:
$50 digital Visa e-card x 40 = $2,000 total
$25 digital Visa e-cardx 120 = $3,000 total
$15 digital Visa e-card x 200 = $3,000 total

Major Prize is as follows:
$12,000* x 1 = $12,000 total

*$12,000 prize will be transferred into the nominated bank account provided by the Major Prize winner.

Your digital Visa e-card must be activated by Jun 1, 2026 and must be spent by Sep 29, 2026.
