Frequently asked questions

You must, during the Promotional Period:

1. Make a Qualifying Purchase from a participating store in the one transaction and collect your itemised purchase receipt;
2. Scan the QR code or visit the Zafarelli website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information to enter the major prize draw and to see if you have provisionally won an instant prize and if so, which prize you have won.

Any two (2) Zafarelli products from a participating store in the one transaction.

You can enter up to 5 times per day, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt.  Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Only Australian residents who:

• Are aged 18 or over; and
• If they win the major prize, can take such prize by the relevant dates applicable to the prize.

Instant win prizes are as follows:
$50 digital Mastercard e-voucher x 40 = $2,000 total
$25 digital Mastercard e-voucher x 200 = $5,000 total
$15 digital Mastercard e-voucher x 200 = $3,000 total

Major Win prize is as follows:
$10,000 Travel voucher valid travel to Italy x 1 = $10,000 total

The travel voucher is subject to its prevailing terms and conditions of use, including expiry dates, and is not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
